Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: David Jones Icon, David Jones Premiere and David Jones Prestige credit cardholders are eligible to transfer their David Jones Rewards points to the Velocity Frequent Flyer program for Velocity points. Only cardholder accounts in good standing and which are not overdue are eligible to transfer their David Jones Rewards points to Velocity points. Membership of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program is the Card Member's responsibility and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program. You must register your Velocity Frequent Flyer account number with us to transfer your David Jones Rewards points to Velocity points. David Jones Rewards points can only be redeemed to a Velocity Frequent Flyer account in your name. You must ensure the name registered with the Velocity Frequent Flyer program matches with your David Jones credit card account name. We reserve the right to terminate the benefit of transferring David Jones Rewards points to Velocity points anytime without prior notice to you. The earning and redemption of David Jones Rewards points is subject to the terms and conditions of the David Jones Rewards Program.
2. Velocity Frequent Flyer / Velocity points: David Jones credit cardholders who are eligible (i.e. whose accounts are in good standing and not overdue) will have the option to transfer their points by setting up a weekly auto sweep transfer wherein on every Friday, all your outstanding David Jones Rewards points will be automatically transferred to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account. All Velocity points redemptions with Velocity Frequent Flyer are subject to availability which may be limited and are subject to Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions. There is no minimum points requirement for the auto sweep of David Jones Rewards points transfer to Velocity points. On initiation of auto sweep transfer requests, David Jones Rewards points will be converted to Velocity points. For every 2 David Jones points, it will be converted to 1 Velocity point. Customers will receive email confirmation of a successful or rejected points transfer. Once the Membership Rewards points have been successfully redeemed to Velocity points, they are governed by the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. If the request is rejected, then points will be credited back to your David Jones Rewards points. The redemption of David Jones Rewards points will take up to 5 business day to transfer into your Velocity Frequent Flyer Account.
